What ages is Open Play for?
Open Play is for children ages 0–14. Adults enter free.
Are Open Play and party hours the same?
Party availability is shown in its own booking calendar. The weekly hours above are for Open Play. Check the appropriate calendar for your visit date.
Where do I find my bookings?
Open your family account to see upcoming visits, birthday parties, saved child details and waiver status.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a party?
If you cancel your party, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded. If you reschedule instead, your deposit transfers to a new party date within 30 days of the original party date. Contact our team to arrange the change.
How do invited party guests get ready?
Use the guest link shared by the party host. Parents register the children attending and complete any needed waivers. Current waivers are reused.
