If your plans change
Cancelling your party
If you cancel your party, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
Rescheduling your party
If you reschedule instead, your deposit transfers to a new party date within 30 days of the original party date.

Does the birthday child count toward the package?
Yes. The birthday child is one of the 20 children included in the Basic Party Package. Adults are counted separately.
Is the deposit an extra charge?
No. The deposit goes toward your party total. Your confirmation and family account show the deposit received, additional payments and remaining balance separately.
Can guests RSVP if they already have a waiver?
Yes. Parents can use your party’s guest link to register their children. A current waiver is reused, so they do not sign it again.
Where do I find my party after booking?
Open your family account to see your confirmed party, payment details and guest waiver link. Share that link with parents before the celebration.
